1.2       These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Website. This includes all content, forms, resources and downloads on the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2.1       WorkCloud is a legal technology consultancy. We provide professional services relating to software platforms used by law firms and legal teams, including, but not limited to, Actionstep, iManage, Smarter Drafter and Efimis.

2.2       We do not develop, own, operate or control those platforms. Each platform is supplied by its owner under that owner’s licence terms, terms of service and privacy policy.

2.3       WorkCloud is not a law practice. We do not provide legal services or legal advice.

Clause 3 – Information on the Website

3.1       The content on the Website is general information only. This includes articles, guides, case studies, webinars and downloadable resources. The content does not take your circumstances into account. It is not legal, financial, technical or other professional advice.

Descriptions of third-party platform features reflect our understanding at the date of publication. They may not reflect the current release, your licence tier or your configuration.

3.4       Pricing, product availability and service descriptions on the Website are indicative only and are not an offer. A binding commitment arises only when a written proposal is accepted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Clause 4 – Your use of the Website

4.1       You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including to obtain information about WorkCloud and our services.

4.2       You must not:

(f)      collect personal information about other users or our staff from the Website for any purpose, including unsolicited marketing;

(g)     submit false, misleading or infringing information through any form on the Website; or

(h)     frame or mirror the Website, or represent that you are associated with WorkCloud when you are not.

4.3       We may suspend or restrict your access to the Website, or any part of it, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. We may also do so where it is required for security or maintenance.

Clause 9 – Third party websites and platforms

9.1       The Website contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of software platform providers. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the website.

9.2       Your use of any third-party website or software platform is governed by that provider’s terms.
