Greg Sando

Director & CTO

Greg Sando is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise guiding professional services firms—especially in the legal sector—through digital transformation. As Director & CTO of WorkCloud Solutions, he helps law practices modernise their workflows and document management by implementing cloud-based solutions like Actionstep.

With WorkCloud, Greg has built a reputation for translating complex technical challenges into practical outcomes: streamlining operations, improving compliance, and enabling teams to focus more on serving clients rather than wrestling with legacy systems. The firm works with hundreds of practices globally and is recognised for being a top consultant/developer partner of Actionstep.

Greg’s leadership style blends strategic vision with a hands-on mindset. He believes in collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique service models, then tailoring technology to support—not replace—their core strengths. He also fosters an inclusive culture that values curiosity, constant improvement and open communication.

Richard Jones

CEO

Richard Jones is a seasoned technology- and commercial-savvy executive specialising in legal tech solutions for law firms and in-house legal teams. With a deep background in practice-management platforms and a proven history driving technology adoption in legal environments, he now serves as CEO at WorkCloud — a leading consultancy and implementation partner for law firms embracing cloud-based legal systems.

Earlier in his career, Richard worked with Actionstep — a global cloud-based legal practice management platform that helps mid-sized law firms automate workflows, matter and document management, billing, and more. Leveraging that experience, he brings first-hand insight into how legal practices operate and what they need from technology — enabling him to design and deliver solutions that actually work for legal teams.

At WorkCloud, Richard leads a team of experts delivering tailored implementations, custom configurations, data migrations, document automation and ongoing support across hundreds of firms globally. His approach blends commercial discipline, deep sector knowledge, and a commitment to client success — helping law firms modernise their operations, enhance productivity, and maximise their return on technology investment.

Richard believes in the power of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. He is committed to nurturing talent, fostering inclusive and innovative work cultures, and mentoring emerging professionals in the legal-tech space. Aira Santiago

Head of Professional Services

Aira Santiago is the Head of Professional Services at WorkCloud, where she leads the delivery of client-focused solutions that streamline operations and support organisational growth. With more than 15 years’  experience in the industry and with a background spanning legal operations, financial systems, and business consulting, Aira brings a unique blend of technical capability, strategic insight, and practical industry experience.

Before stepping into her current role, Aira served as a Consultant at WorkCloud, partnering with clients to optimise processes and implement effective workflow solutions. Her career also includes roles, Dentons, and Aderant, where she contributed to major systems transformations, operational improvements, and legal technology initiatives. Earlier positions within respected law firms helped build her strong foundation in financial and administrative operations.

Aira holds a Diploma in Project Management from the Global Training Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Australia. She is certified in Six Sigma Foundations, Agile Foundations, Operational Excellence, and Business Analysis. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to operational excellence, Aira is dedicated to helping organisations work smarter and achieve sustainable results.

Mitchell Sharp

Data & Integrations Manager

Mitchell Sharp is an experienced Data Migration and Integration Specialist with more than three decades of expertise across legal-industry software, database technologies, and complex data transition projects. He currently serves as Data and Integrations Manager at WorkCloud, where he leads data strategy, integration architecture, and end-to-end migration initiatives that ensure organisations can confidently adopt scalable, modern platforms. In this role, Mitchell focuses on delivering reliable, high-integrity data solutions while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and client teams to support seamless, low-risk transitions.

Prior to joining WorkCloud, Mitchell worked for LEAP Legal Software as the Data Transitions Manager, New Zealand before also taking on management of the Australian team, where he guided firms through the migration of data from legacy systems to cloud-based legal technology platforms. His work emphasised accuracy, integrity, and smooth adoption, underpinned by strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.

Before LEAP, Mitchell spent over 15 years at LexisNexis Australia as a Senior Data Migration Specialist, working extensively with Oracle and SQL Server environments. He developed deep capabilities in data analysis, integrity checking, validation, and project estimation while migrating data into leading legal software solutions. His responsibilities also included broader data-manipulation work to support in-house initiatives, alongside developing organisational skills in communication, scheduling, and cross-departmental liaison.

Mitchell’s career began at Locus Legal Software, where he spent 16 years as a core programmer contributing to the Locus Practice Management System. His work covered software development, requirements gathering, testing, interface design, and extensive data export and migration — experience that shaped his long-term specialization in complex data transitions.

Across every role, Mitchell is known for his methodical approach, long-term perspective, and commitment to delivering clean, accurate, and trustworthy data for organisations undergoing change. With deep domain knowledge and a calm, solutions-focused style, he brings reliability and clarity to even the most complex migration projects.
